This is the essence of Qigong and Tai Chi
To find the balance in life

Qigong (Qi=energy. Gong=strengthen) uses the co-ordination of breath and movement exercises to strengthen the Qi energy of the body. It literally puts some energy into the ‘building society’ reserve so we can function better. Qiqong gives us the strength to carry out our daily life as with practice the ‘life force’ becomes more vibrant.

 

Tai Chi is a series of flowing moves that allow the energy to flow more freely around the channels and organs. When Qi is flowing then we flow through life with ease.

Tai chi is closely liked to the elements of nature and the cycle of the seasons.
